The opportunity to clamp down on vulture funds was wilfully squandered by a handful of Conservative MP’s who went back on their word, to us, to charities and to the world’s poorest people and blocked a bill they promised to support. But we are determined that it becomes law, this is much needed legislation to help protect some of the world's poorest communties from economic exploitation.
